Responsible for developing a new CRM tailored for clients primarily within the eCommerce industries in Singapore and China. The CRM stands as a middle-layer in its B2B2C model, offering features such as Omnichannel OTP, Re-marketing Tools, CS Tools with Live Chat & Ticket Management and many more. These tools will be provided by eCommerce platforms to their shop owners to engage, enhance and boost their customer relationships.

Full ownership of Loyalty Program, responsible for developing its earn & burn program type (cashback-based), solving technical issues in old version and upgrading it to new system. My remarkable achievement is successfully created new Loyalty Core, seperated and ran it along with MoMo Core to optimize both technical and business operations. Currently, Loyalty Program is only available for limited users in the 2nd pilot phase.

I founded a small studio in 2017 with my friends, to develop Web & Mobile App for SMEs. My role is working as project manager for multiple projects or product owner for specific features of bigger projects (outsoure-for-outsource).

Responsible in managing Team Flash eSports (AOV, LOL, FreeFire) and rebuilding Entertainment & Media dept. Despite the significant setbacks caused by the Covid-19 epidemic, I had learnt a lot of experience from my COO & BOM about true business practises. But at this time, it also dawned on me that the turbulent nature of the "Showbiz Industry" did not align with my personal characteristics - a product guy.

Responsible in developing brand-new FPT Play Mobile App and Smart TV HTML as Product Lead, also build-up FPT Play Sports as a new key category. It took us 4-5 months to complete, and compare to old version, new FPT Play app decreased the crash rate from 9% to 0.5% and app ratings increased from 2.9 to 4.8 stars, new UI also had good feedback from users. Until now, FPT Play is still one of the best apps that I'm proud to be made of.

The beginning of my product path, I realized that my experience with Axure RP is really helpful here. My project is Mobo Platform - which was used to connect all MEcorp games by implementing its SDK. It's sad to say that I was failed to make the project success, I'm lack of technical experience to understand how issues or bad operations can make a catastrophic impact. Big lessons for me.

As a gamer, I started my early career path as a game content creator & editor. At this time, I learned many things about website structure, how to build them or know that how MMO games were made and operated. I also start to learn using Adobe Photoshop and Axure RP for wireframing website.
